Northern Tails - Sept 16

Welcome to Northern Tails This year, thanks to YOU, we have been able to look forward and do what we have done best for the last 123 years – help stray and abandoned dogs find health and love once again. This has been a struggle as we never know what four-legged canine will walk through our doors next but one thing we know is that with your continued support, they will get the care that they need in their hour of need. At Cheshire, we have seen many new arrivals. It still astonishes us how many dogs are discarded and given up on. Our Special Care Unit has been busy welcoming abandoned pregnant bitches and then the many newborns that follow. Sadly, many dogs get born in rescue centres. During 2016, we have seen the new microchip laws come in and we hope this will help us as a charity to reunite more lost dogs with their owners. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
